- Saturday December 6th, 2025 – Tellico Plains Nativity
- MCARES has been requested to assist Campfire Ministries with their nativity at he Charles Hall Museum in Tellico. AEC Mike N. will be spearheading this event. Contact him if interested in assisting. This is a small event and volunteer spots may already be filled.
- Saturday December 13th, 2025 – Madisonville Christmas Festival on the Square
- MCARES will once again be assisting with the vendor arrival and setup for the downtown Christmas Festival. This is a relatively short event. If interested, please email the MCARES Emergency Coordinator at ec@mcares.net.
