A beautiful fall day for the POTA-PALOOZA 2022 at K-0034, Look Rock Picnic area just outside of Maryville, Tennessee! From what I was told, we had about 50 people come to our event to see what Parks On The Air was all about, and to activate the park. Yes, we even worked 2 meter SIMPLEX……had a new ham make her first contact during the event with Tim Berry, WB4GBI. She was so excited! And we had another ham who had her Technician Plus license for 30 years, make her first contact. Great food, great fellowship and great weather too!
